The cottage which is traditionally French both inside and out, is comfortably furnished. The accommodation comprises a living room with an attractive fireplace. The kitchen is conveniently placed in the corner of the living room and is well equipped.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom and twin bedroom, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower.

Outside there is a separate storeroom equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier which can be accessed from the courtyard. In addition there is a full set of patio furniture and a barbecue. The garden is surrounded by colourful shrubs and flowerbeds .

There is plenty of parking close by in the centre of Pressignac in addition to the space in front of the gite.

In the morning you will be able to pop across the road to the bakery for your croissants and enjoy breakfast in the secluded courtyard at the back in summer . When you return in the evening you will find the sun streaming into the back so you can relax with a cool drink and admire the sunset.
